As the Retail Manager and Front Desk Concierge at Dolce Vita Wellness Spa, Michelle is a trusted resource for both guests and team members. Affectionately known as our “product guru,” she brings a deep passion for high-quality skincare and wellness products, curating selections that elevate the guest experience and support long-term results. With a natural gift for connection, Michelle ensures every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and empowered throughout their visit.

Michelle is currently pursuing a degree in Ecohydrology and Environmental Science with a minor in Mathematics and Engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno. Her academic journey adds a unique scientific lens to the beauty and wellness space, allowing her to approach product education and guest care with both precision and purpose. Following her December graduation, Michelle plans to pursue a Master’s degree to further integrate her expertise in environmental science with her passion for holistic wellness.

Outside the spa, Michelle lives a life rooted in balance, curiosity, and adventure. She finds joy in exploring nature, traveling to new destinations, and embracing the beauty of our planet. When she’s not outdoors, you’ll find her spending quality time with her dog, connecting with friends and family, and staying active.
