Guest Service Manager
Karen Parker is the Manager of Guest Services at Dolce Vita Wellness Spa, where she leads our front desk team—the warm, welcoming face of the spa. She brings over 7 years of experience in the hotel hospitality industry, including hotel management, and an additional 3.5 years in the luxury spa environment.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies with concentrations in Hospitality and Tourism, Human Resources Management, and Administrative Assistance. Since joining Dolce Vita over a year and a half ago, she has become an integral part of the team, known for her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for both guests and staff.
She is deeply aligned with the values that define Dolce Vita—authenticity, going above and beyond, integrity, and adaptability. With a passion for self-care, wellness, and skincare, Karen is committed to helping each guest feel seen, supported, and fully cared for. Together with her team, she proudly delivers some of the most exceptional guest experiences in the Reno-Tahoe area.
Outside of work, Karen is a proud mother of three. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her children, gardening, reading classic novels, and watching Jane Austen movies. She strives to live each day with purpose and is honored to be part of the Dolce Vita family.
